As reported previously on GamePolitics, Florida Governor Jeb Bush visited Tiburon Studios in Orlando to help EA Sports celebrate the launch of Madden NFL 06.
The highlight of the event was a special video animation prepared by Tiburon's Madden development team. The clip cast Gov. Bush as a wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins, while big brother George W. played a defensive back for the Cowboys. We won't spoil the ending, but you can download the video and see for yourself.
Central Florida TV station Local 6 reported that Gov. Bush got in a plug for the type of business-friendly incentive programs that helped lure Tiburon to the Sunshine State.
"By and large, our incentive programs have been quite successful," Gov. Bush said. "These are jobs that average I believe $70,000 a year for programming of these games."
Commenting on the video, the Guv added, "I do not look like as buff as that receiver for the Miami Dolphins that I played there. I cannot tell you how much fun this is going to be to send this to Crawford, Texas. I'm sure my brother will like it - maybe not as much as me..."
